I live in San Francisco, CA, in a small neighborhood called Bernal Heights.
I have two sons who are currently very young (both younger than 5years). The first was a planned homebirth with hospital transfer (3 days of labor, whew!). The second was a planned hospital birth (only 10 hours of labor!).
I love my husband, the father of my kids, who provides me with a life I never even dreamed would be possible for a girl like me. (and since he hates when I talk about him online, if I can help myself, this is all you will ever hear about him.)
I have an Associates degree in Fashion Design. (but was in school for 6 years! what a rip!)
I have two cats. One with long fur who destroys my fancy carpets, one with short fur who throws up constantly (poor guy).
I strive to practice Attachment and Unconditional Parenting styles, and others that fall under a similar vein.
I prefer homeopathy to western medicine.
I believe in homebirthing and midwives.
I buy organic as much as possible.
I dyed my hair a rainbow of colors when I was younger.
I taught myself to knit and crochet when I was 10, from a book I checked out at the library.
I don't like to clean, but I do like to organize. (You do the dishes, I'll put them away)
